Realize that if you follow procedures you will have a fine experience here. Most companies who tell you to return an item give you instructions on how to package and prepare your item BEFORE you enter the store. Take the time to do something properly and how you're instructed too, and you should have no issues. Give respect, get respect.
Go anywhere but this store! The customer service in this store is the MOST RUDE and the WORST!!! My printer wasn't working, so my boyfriend requested to use their computer to print a return email and label. He needed to log into his email to do so. They pointed to the computer and refused to help when he asked TWICE how to bring up the Google browser, as he wasn't familiar with their setup. They couldn't take 2 seconds to show him the Google icon and the entire staff laughed and snickered at him openly while he tried to figure it out. All they had to do was point out the icon and they couldn't be bothered to do that. He got so mad, he left and I had to go back the next day to ship the package. Ridiculously rude staff!!!
Saturday before Christmas, no sign in the door, online says 9am to 2pm open. It’s 9:26 and the store is locked and empty. Thank you
Went in to ship a larger package (have shipped pretty much the same size product at other UPS stores in the past, as they are very willing to accommodate), started to explain that we had taken measurements and that it was not too big, and could you please accommodate us? Nope, interrupted as soon as I started explaining by one of the male employees. Very condescending and put me off immediately. We left right away; never returning to deal with such rude individuals. My advice? Stay away.
Have your stuff ready, bring tape or tape up your Amazon returns before coming in and you'll find no problem at this store. By far the best UPS store in DE. The employees are knowledgeable, polite, and quick.
